There are tons of websites/blogs out there. Below are a few that have great resources if you want more information on the ins and outs of freezer or once a month cooking. If you are simply looking for recipes there are a few links but you can also search for OAMC, make ahead, or freezer meals on your favorite websites/blogs.

This is a fantastic resource for everything freezer meal. The resources on this website walk you through getting started whether you have a free standing freezer or a side-by-side or apartment size refrigerator freezer combo. The getting started series also addresses how to cook in a medium/large or a small kitchen. While some of the features (menus, shopping list, instructions, and labels from 2012 forward) are membership based, you can access the resources and recipes without a membership. You can also access menus, shopping lists, instructions, and labels prior to January 2012. Each month traditional, diet, gluten free/dairy free, vegetarian, whole foods, baby food, and paleo menu types are offered. (Some of the menu types are more recent and are not available before January 2012.) You can also view recipes on Pinterest (http://pinterest.com/onceamonthmom/). Try making one of the mini menus to help give you an idea as to whether or not this type of freezer cooking is for you.
